The Retail Store Assistant providessupport to the Store Manager in overseeing the daily retail store operations,and in the absence of the Store Manager, acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD). TheRetail Store Assistant makes sure that company rules and regulations areexplained, understood and followed by all team members, that service deliveries are done ina prompt and precise manner and ensures that established standard operatingprocedures arefollowed. The Retail Store Assistant participates in recruitment and trainingactivities of new employees.
